All transcript requests must be made in writing and bear your signature. Requests for transcripts, grades or other information about you cannot be issued to an outside party unless the student has given the Registrar written permission to release this information to that specific party, as allowed under The Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA). Therefore, no requests can be accepted over the telephone or via e-mail.

You may also write a letter (including all the information on the Transcript Request Form) and mail or fax it to the Office of the Registrar.
Please fax a copy of the check you will be mailing for payment of the transcript along with the request or include credit card information.
The fee is $3.50 for each transcript requested and must accompany the request.
We can Express Mail a transcript at your request, for an extra fee. Charges vary depending on the destination of the transcript, please call us to receive the current rate.
We will mail your transcript to the address you indicate within 5 days after receiving your request. Please note that transcript requests cannot be honored if you have an outstanding balance with the College.
