Transfer Students
Wouldn't it be nice if every decision you made worked out exactly as you planned? Unfortunately, life doesn't always work that way. If your original college choice doesn't quite fit, doesn't offer you the kind of program you expected, or just doesn't make you happy, Hanover College encourages you to take a look at what we have to offer.
Transferring requires your admission to Hanover, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of your current official college transcript; this will determine how many of your academic credits transfer. If you decide to transfer, you may enroll for either our Fall Term (September) or Winter Term (January), whichever suits your needs best.

Financial Assistance
The Office of Admission and Financial Assistance has scholarships available and awards them to transfer students on an individual basis, although it does so differently from the way it grants scholarships to traditional first year students. Schedule a Visit
While you think about the important decision to transfer, we recommend you schedule a campus visit. This visit can include a campus tour, attending classes, and/or a meeting with an Admission Office counselor. Most important, this scheduled visit can include a meeting with the Registrar's Office to review your college transcript and discuss transferring your credits. Campus visits can also earn you money toward college through our Travel Grant program.
