Volleyball falls at Thomas More

The Hanover College volleyball team lost in three sets to Thomas More College (Ky.) in a non-conference clash Tuesday, Sept. 4, in Park Hills, Ky.

The Panthers, now 2-3 this season, fell 25-19, 25-18, 25-18 to the Saints (2-3).

Hanover was led by senior outside hitter Sarah Quebe (Indianapolis, Ind.), who totaled a team-high eight kills and two blocks. Classmate Ashleigh Burakiewicz (Greenwood, Ind.) added five kills and two blocks.

Junior setter Kelsey Wagner (Taylor Mill, Ky.) led the Panthers with 12 assists and feshman Alli Deaton (Lexington, Ky.) had seven assists.

Junior Kylie Justus (Crawfordsville, Ind.) anchored the defense with a team-high 10 digs.
