Hanover swept in three at Marian

Hanover College’s volleyball squad fell in three sets at Marian University. The match was played Monday, Sept. 10, in Indianapolis, Ind.

Hanover, now 4-6 this season, lost to Knights, 25-14, 25-16, 25-11.

Sophomore middle hitter Sarah Hasewinkel (Zionsville, Ind.) tallied a team-high six kills and senior outside hitter Sara Quebe (Indianapolis, Ind.) added five kills.

Junior setter Kelsey Wagner (Taylor Mill, Ky.) had 10 assists.

Junior return specialists Kylie Justus (Crawfordsville, Ind.) and Megan Keller (Cincinnati, Ohio) led the Panthers' defense. Justus posted 11 digs, while Keller had two blocks.

Marian improved to 5-3 with the victory.
