
Hanover College’s women’s tennis squad fell to Anderson University, 7-2, in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference match Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Zeddies Tennis Center.
Junior Danielle Miller (Fairway, Kansas) notched singles and doubles wins for Hanover in the match.
Miller earned a 6-1, 6-2, victory against the Ravens’ Courtney Postmus at No. 1 singles. She also paired with senior Kim Fong (Nashville, Ind.) for an 8-6 triumph against Postmus and Sylvia Schering at No. 1 doubles.
Hanover is now 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the Heartland Conference. Anderson, meanwhile, raised its mark to 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the league.
