Passafiume named to all-American squad

Senior wide receiver Daniel Passafiume (Louisville, Ky.) has been selected a third-team all-American by Beyond Sports Network.

He closed his career as the fifth-leading receiver in NCAA history (all-divisions) with 344 catches and leaves Hanover’s program as the Panthers' career leader with 3,485 receiving yards and 39 receiving touchdowns. In addition, he ranks second in school history with 257 career points.

In 2012, Passafiume led the Heartland Conference in receptions and ranked second in the league in receiving yards per game. He finished with 90 catches for 915 yards and 12 touchdowns.

He also scored one rushing touchdown and added an 89-yard kick return for a score.
