Molly Jones is in her 26th season as a collegiate head coach, entering her 15th on the Panthers' sidelines. Inching toward 350 career victories, Jones has accumulated a career record of 214-148 at her alma mater, including a 125-81 record in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference games.
Through the past five seasons, Jones has guided Hanover's program to 99 victories. Under her guidance, the Panthers have had three consecutive seasons with 20 or more wins, including a school-record 25 wins in 2010-11. Since 2008, Hanover has won more conference games (55) than any other team in the league.
Coming off of back-to-back regular-season HCAC championships, the conference named Jones coach of the year in consecutive years as well.
She has coached 18 different all-conference athletes and two Heartland Conference most valuable players.
Jones got her start coaching in 1987 at Marian University and compiled a 134-121 record in 11 seasons with the Knights.
