Superstitions: I have a specific game day regimen that I must go through before I take the field.
Person who pushes you or makes you better: My family and coach that I work with at home definitely push me a lot. The people who push me the most are probably my teammates, especially the other two goalies in my class. Since day one of our freshman year the three of us have continuously pushed each other to be the best we can be.
Must-hear song before competing: Right before I go out on the field for a game I have to listen to Your Hand in Mine by Explosions in the Sky.
Other athletes in your family: My dad played DI football at the University of Toledo. My aunt Heather played DI field hockey at Ball State University and my aunt Heidi played DI field hockey at Eastern Michigan University.
What did you want to be growing up: When I was growing up I want to be a police officer for the longest time.
