Bio:
Betsie came to Hanover in 2000 with a degree in business administration and management. Prior to joining Hanover's staff, she worked for five years as a legal assistant in a law firm in Madison, Ind.

At Hanover, Betsie is the executive director of the Parents' Association, assistant director of Alumni and Parent Relations, director of the License Plate Program and a student advisor. She led Hanover's first Alumni Travel Program trip to Italy in 2007, has served two years on Hanover's Judicial Board and has been a member of Hanover's Women's Club for nine years. Throughout the year she regularly volunteers with Hanover-sponsored events such as The Great River Paint Out, Ohio River Valley Folk Festival, Madison State Hospital Party, Hanover Community Day and Relay for Life.

Betsie and her husband, Ken, are the proud parents of two children: Keith, a Purdue University computer science graduate and Alesha, a Hanover College student majoring in communication and Spanish. Betsie plans a variety of on- and off-campus events for parents and alumni year-round. In her spare time she enjoys volunteer work, traveling, boating, reading and photography.
