Hanover College is pleased to announce that beginning with first-year students enrolling in fall of 2020, Hanover guarantees students will graduate in four years (eight semesters), or tuition for a fifth year is free. Students must maintain full-time, consecutive enrollment during all four years, sustain good academic standing and be progressing satisfactorily toward their degree.
“We are very confident that the value proposition Hanover College delivers to students is second to none, and that our student outcomes are exceptional,” said Lake Lambert, president of Hanover College. “Hanover has always focused on enabling our students to graduate in four years. This new guarantee is meant to reinforce that commitment by giving incoming first-year students and their families reassurance that their financial investment for a college education will not be open-ended.”
The four-year graduation guarantee takes effect in the Fall of 2020 for incoming first-year students only, and does not apply to currently enrolled students. “For our current students, Hanover is equally committed to their success and to helping them graduate within four years,” said Chris Gage, vice president for strategy and enrollment. “All the student success resources at Hanover are available to current and future students, and we are confident that any student who desires to complete their degree in four years will be able to do so.”
