"The Environmental Stewardship Committee was recently awarded a grant by the Pollinator Action Group to build a pollinator garden on campus. It’s something that was my personal goal to have before I left Hanover, and my goal when I was asked to be on the committee. It's really exciting and we have chosen the location already. It's going to be behind the science center, near the greenhouse. So, it will be something that when people drive back there, it will be a little more beautiful, but also something that the students can actually use and learn about in their biology class. Hopefully it's just the first of many on campus. We are beginning planting of the garden on May 7 at 4 p.m. if anyone would like to join!"
