1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
History Class for All Alumni
Join history students and Dr. Sarah McNair Vosmeier in “American Women’s History” to study Harriet Beecher Stowe and her place in nineteenth-century American culture. Read some of her letters (selected and transcribed by Hanover students), and come prepared to discuss what they tell us about Stowe and her times. Do a little homework, and come prepared to discuss the readings alongside our current students. Link to readings will become available on Sept. 20. Seats are limited! To participate, please register to reserve your seat.

2:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m.
History Class for All Alumni
Help history students in Dr. Sarah McNair Vosmeier's class "The Family and the Modern West" put college life in perspective. Tell us why you came to Hanover College, and help us discuss primary sources on how and why people in the past chose to pursue an education -- to grow as individuals? to help support their families? for other reasons? Link to readings will become available soon. Seats are limited! To participate, please register to reserve your seat.
