Hanover College and the University of Evansville have established a partnership that provides an opportunity for students to advance their education in athletic training following their Hanover graduation.

The two private southern Indiana institutions created a direct pathway to Evansville’s Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program. Each year, up to five students in the College’s kinesiology and integrative physiology program may be admitted following Evansville’s application and interview process. Students in related majors are also eligible with the completion of necessary prerequisites.

Hanover’s students are eligible to apply for direct-entry admission after completion of their sophomore year (or four full-time semesters). At the time of application, students must hold a 3.30 or higher cumulative grade-point average and maintain a 3.30 GPA through achievement of the bachelor’s degree at Hanover.

Evansville’s MSAT application process includes submission of the direct-entry application, transcripts, personal statement, resume and letter of recommendation, as well as an interview with a member of the university’s athletic training faculty.
