Please add as a first sentence to this description: Please note that New Borrowers (new students to Hanover College graduate programs or students who have not borrowed a Grad PLUS loan prior to July 1, 2026) are NOT eligible to borrow a Grad PLUS loan starting July 1, 2026. For Current Borrowers, remember to account for the 4.228% origination fee that the Federal Government withholds. Divide the amount you need to borrow by 0.9577 and that will be the actual amount you need to request. The maximum amount for this request is determined by your estimated Cost of Attendance. Please confirm your personal COA with your designated representative in the Office of Student Financial Services.
