“I’ve grown a lot as a teacher over the past year, being in a smaller classroom really challenges you to think in a different way about how you teach. I’m more accustomed to the lecture format, so learning how to lead effective discussions and pair that with material that is good for discussion, has been a bit of a learning curve for me. I love to experiment in the classroom because I get to learn just as much as my students.”
