Hanover now featured on Amazon Prime Video’s “The College Tour”
Hanover College is featured in Season 6 of “The College Tour,” an innovative streaming series available on Amazon Prime Video.
Launched in 2020, each episode of “The College Tour” explores life on college and university campuses across the country and around the world. Hanover’s 30-minute episode features the personal journeys of a group of current students and recent graduates. Each segment provides unique perspectives on the lives of the College’s students both inside and outside the classroom, exploring such topics academics, Greek life, athletics, performing and visual arts, clubs and organizations, campus beauty and more.
“The College Tour” is hosted by Alex Boylan, who won CBS television’s “The Amazing Race” in 2002 and has since hosted and produced programs on CBS, Travel Channel and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). He created the series with Emmy-nominated producer Lisa Hennessy and former “Survivor” contestant and producer Burton Roberts.
“Hanover offers students an extraordinary experience and we’re so excited to share that on ‘The College Tour,’” said Boylan. “For students, choosing which college to attend is a monumental decision and this episode gives prospective students a first-hand look at what makes this school so special.”
Hanover’s 10-member cast includes Kara Busemeyer ‘22, Lily Beurman Compton ’21, Hailey Cocke ’22, Katie Comer ’25, Manny Otchere-Danso ‘25, Luke Eppler ‘22, Pablo Gallart ‘22, Hina Shono ’22, Cara Stanback ’22 and Zach Stringer ‘22.
Filming was conducted while all cast members were students at a variety of locations across campus and downtown Madison, Ind., May 2-6.
“In the months since ‘The College Tour’ team captured 10 students telling their unique stories, Hanover has enjoyed an incredible response,” said Peter Ashley, vice president for enrollment and marketing. “We’re excited that the reach of this great episode will increase because Season 6 of ‘The College Tour’ has officially come to Amazon Prime.”
