Learn more about Dr. Mynhardt
Glené Mynhardt grew up in South Africa, where she developed a deep passion for nature. After her family settled in the United States, she pursued several avenues in biology, but fell head-over-heels for entomology. She has a fondness for beetles, particularly those that live in dung, in ant nests, and under decaying animals. She came to Hanover in 2013 where she enjoys teaching a variety of courses that aim to bridge the gap between “big” and “small” biology. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and macrophotography.
